Prices and Options

Firstly we must reiterate that we are not a 'private sale website'. We are a traditional Estate Agent, bound by the rules and laws of Estate Agency. We are utilising modern techniques and technology to change the way that Estate Agents do business. We have 3 packages available to sellers plus some other extras that are detailed below.

Classic Package - £399.00 payable in advance
	This is our basic package. Once our signed agency agreement is received we will send a professional to produce your property details and take photographs of your property. We will then market your property over our 'Search Network'.

	You choose the classic package.
	You contact us.
	We send you a contract to sign via email.
	You sign and post the contract to us.
	We visit you to complete your digital brochure.
	You pay your fee and are given the signed contract.
	You set your selling price.
	You agree your property details.
	We market your property.
	We arrange viewings and get feedback.
	You show potential buyers around your property.
	The Buyer makes you an offer and you negotiate.
	You accept buyers offer.
	You send out the Memorandum of Sale.
	You send out the Letter of Acceptance.
	You and your solicitor progress the sale to completion.
