Firstly we must reiterate that we are not a 'private sale website'. We are a traditional Estate Agent, bound by the rules and laws of Estate Agency. We are utilising modern techniques and technology to change the way that Estate Agents do business. We have 3 packages available to sellers plus some other extras that are detailed below.

Classic Plus Package - £549.00 payable in advance
	This is our most popular package and provides you with a complete digital brochure as well giving you complete peace of mind as we handle all negotiations and the legal processes.

The Process with a Classic Plus Package
	You choose the classic plus package.
	You contact us.
	We send you a contract to sign via email.
	You sign and post the contract to us.
	We visit you to design your digital brochure.
	You pay your fee and are given the signed contract.
	You set your selling price.
	You agree your property details.
	We market your property.
	We arrange viewings and get feedback.
	You show potential buyers around your property.
	The Buyer makes an offer to us.
	We handle all negotiations.
	You accept buyers offer.
	We handle the legal formalities.
	You and your solicitor progress the sale to completion.
