Letter of Acceptance
It is customary once an offer has been accepted for the sale of your property that a 'letter of acceptance' be sent to the buyer. If you have bought our 'Classic Plus Package' or 'Traditional Package' then we will handle this for you. If you are handling this part of the sale yourself as part of our 'Classic Package' then we have prepared a letter that you can download in 'Word' format to use with our pleasure.

Memorandum of Sale
The next stage after the 'Letter of Acceptance' is to send out a 'Memorandum of Sale'. This is a legal requirement and 4 copies are sent out, one to the seller, one to the seller's solicitor, one to the buyer and one to the buyers solicitor. Again, If you have bought our 'Classic Plus Package' or 'Traditional Package' then we will handle this for you. If you are handling this part of the sale yourself as part of our 'Classic Package' then we have prepared a letter that you can download in 'Word' format to use with our pleasure.
