Firstly we must reiterate that we are not a 'private sale website'. We are a traditional Estate Agent, bound by the rules and laws of Estate Agency. We are utilising modern techniques and technology to change the way that Estate Agents do business. We have 3 packages available to sellers plus some other extras that are detailed below.
For Sale Board - £30.00 per board |

Although our basic principle is that 'we will sell your property through our online search network' we still believe that it is beneficial to have a For Sale Board outside your property. This will create local awareness that your property is for sale as well as increase the volume of potential buyers that will view our website and therefore your property.

Accompanied Viewings - £45.00 per viewing |

From experience, the best person to show potential buyers around your house is the person who knows it best, YOU. However, if on occasions you would prefer not to show potential buyers around your home on your own we can provide an 'accompanied viewing' service for you.

Extra Floor Plan - £20.00 per floor |

With the Classic Plus Package we will create 2 floor plans for your home. If you require further floors or if you wish to add floor plans to your Classic Package then please let us know.

Extra Photographs - £10.00 each |

With both our Classic and Classic Plus package we will use up to 10 photos of your property, if you decide upon seeing the photos that you wish to ustilise more of them then please let us know.

Extra 360 Virtual Tours - £25.00 each |

As part of the Classic Plus package we will take 1 360 Virtual Tour image to show off your property. Extra tours can be added if appropriate.
