For Sale Boards

Although our basic principle is that 'we will sell your property through our online search network' we still believe that it is beneficial to have a For Sale Board outside your property.

This will create local awareness that your property is for sale as well as increase the volume of potential buyers that will view our website and therefore your property.

We do not insist that you purchase a For Sale Board from us but do believe it will increase your chances of a quick sale. The boards can be purchased from us for £30.00 and will be delivered to you during your design visit. You can see the design of the board below.

Once the board is delivered to you it will become your property and it will be your responsibility to erect/remove the board as required
