If you decide you would like simply4property to market your property decide which Pricing Option you would like to go for.

Book a home visit by calling us on 0845 2961833 or completing the book an appointment form.

We will email you our written agency agreement contract which must sign and post to us. A sample of this agreement can be downloaded on our 'Download' page.

We will visit at the agreed time and take professional digital photographs and also complete your property particulars during the visit. At this stage we will hand you a copy the Agency Agreement signed by us and collect any appropriate payment from you.

Within 48 hours your on-line property details will be ready for approval. As soon as you give the go ahead your property will be being marketed live on our Search Network including Rightmove.co.uk.

We will handle all enquiries from potential buyers and contact you to arrange time and day of viewing. You will show the potential buyer around your property.

We will then email the viewer to get feedback. Any feedback will be passed onto you at your chosen email address.

If you have purchased our Classic Package we will have made the potential buyer aware that he should make any offer for your property directly to you and that you will handle the negotiations. With the Classic Plus Package or Traditional Package we will handle all negotiations and Legal requirements.

If you have purchased our Classic Package once you have agreed a price you will send the purchaser a 'Letter of Acceptance' and send out copies of a 'Memorandum of Sale' to both parties as well as their solicitors. You can see more details of this on our 'Download' page. If you have purchased our Classic Plus Package or Traditional Package we will handle these legal requirements.
